What is car valeting?
It is washing, polishing, waxing the exterior of the car. Also interior shampoo upholstery/leather, basically cleaning the car in and out to enhance its look so to get a better re-sale value. There are many processes to this in terms of different tools used, solutions etc depending on the condition of the car.
What is car detailing?
Well detailing takes it to a next degree, it involves paint rectification /correction process so to get the paint looking the best it can get without respraying the car.
This process removes swirl marks, scratches, spider webbing and other blemishes.
A dual action or rotary polisher is used with appropriate pads and compounds / polishers.
Getting to those areas that do not get no attention, all the hard to reach places right to to the detail. Much more work involved when detailing.
What is the two bucket method
All cars are washed using two buckets & grit guards, one in each bucket to prevent dirt getting back onto wash mitts. One bucket to wash and the other to rinse wash mitts. This way prevents scratches on the bodywork.

Cancellations/ Re-booking
Please give 24 hours notice to re-book if not there will be a cancellation fee of £20 for bookings up to £100, £30 for bookings up to £200 & £100 for any other service.

How can I pay and when is the payment processed?
If booking online you can pay by debit/credit card. Also you have the option to pay by BAC’s or cash. As well you can pay on the spot once the job is finished by any of the above means.
Payments are processed straight away; you can also pre-book and we can take payment once job is complete . Details are held securely and encrypted with PayPal or Stripe payment systems. Any cancellations money will be refunded the same day back on the card.
Do I need to be there?
If the job is an exterior only then no, we will send a picture of your car by email/text or WhatsApp.
